Permission to touch? No way!*

Has common knowledge gone out of style, or has it gone the way of the dinosaurs and it is now extinct in Trinbago? With all the modern access to various sources of knowing and wanting to know and learn we here have lost it. I can no longer just sit and wonder. Here you have an organisation like the National Parent Teachers Association (NPTA)—of all organisations—basically saying that some female teachers, by what they wear are asking, if not pleading, to be touched by the young that they are supposed to educate and guide and encourage to become knowledgeable.
